Types of Tops To Wear

The first thing comes to mind when it comes to fashion and life surrounded by the numerous apparels you love to wear is to have a nice top that could fit legging, jegging, jeans, skirt etc. At the place they love to hang out, school girls can wear such that.

Asymmetrical Top

This top has a hemline that is asymmetrical (not straight).

Bardot Top

With a lower neckline, an off-shoulder top leaves the top of the shoulder exposed. After Brigitte Bardot, the Hollywood beauty, it is also called a Bardot top.

Batwing Top

A Batwing top has a deep armhole in its long sleeve, tapering towards the hand. This top may also be called a Magyar top sleeve. Typically it is made with a drapey cloth. The style of Dolman is comparable.

Bralette Top

Bralette top is a cropped fitted top that looks like a bra without the hook and eye closures with thin straps and bust cups.

Boxy Top

As the name suggests, this top has a boxy silhouette and is typically made of heavier materials. This is the opposite of a tailored top.

Blouson Top

The top of a blouson has a loose outline with a hem or waistline cinched. To pull in the extra fullness, elastic or draw-string is used.

Body Suit Top

This is one-piece clothing made of stretchy fabric that covers the chest and the crotch and can be worn over skirts and trousers as a jacket.

Bustier Top

This is a figure-hugging top tightly fitted with brassiere cups that give the busts support and form. With the differentiation in the cups and the fact that bustiers can have braces, the Bustier top is equivalent to a corset.

Camisole Top

A close-fitting sleeveless top ( usually worn as an undergarment ) with noodle straps.

Cape Top

A top with a short cape attached at the neckline.
